Bird Series
In these bird-paintings I experimented with cutting out birds from a paper calendar. I made my own installations with curtains, light and these cut-out birds to create a theatrical image. Where normally the birds are moving, dancing and are hard to catch; here they seem to sit still in the light, which gives it a weird tension.
